Our community is our family and we’ve taken steps to help keep you safe.
We suggest you BRING YOUR OWN towel, mat and weight lifting gloves to keep yourself and Tabata more sanitary.
We’ve kept our facility squeaky clean while you’ve been away. We’ll continue to do so, and will be thoroughly sanitizing equipment using CDC- and EPA approved agents before, during, and after each session. We have a cleaning station located on the training floor as well as individual bottles at the front desk.
We’ve lowered our class capacity to 20 clients that way, we can allow for 6 feet of social distance between each client. We also eliminated the waiting area to accomodate those who would like to train near the open gate instead of the main trainng floor.
To reduce the amount of contact between clients, we’ve updated our session times. Head to our schedule to see the changes!
For clients who aren’t ready to come back into the studio just yet, we’ll continue to keep you moving from home with the on-demand Zoom classes posted.
All exercises for the session will be written in order on the mirror for you to follow along, with a coach available to supervise. Please arrive a few minutes prior to class start time to scan the QR code and fill out the mandatory Health Screening Questionaire.
Working out is not only counterproductive when you’re sick, it’s also a safety concern right now. To help protect the well-being of our community, we’ve also instructed our staff to stay home if they have even the slightest of symptoms.
We missed getting fit together, but we’re committed to our community’s health. We are following all NY State and DOH guidelines. We’ll keep you updated if the situation changes and intend to play it safe.
